We have found in the past that the general reason most race nights do not make money is the lack of people turning up to the event. We suggest you try to make sure you obtain people’s commitment to attend. A good way to achieve this commitment is to ask customers to buy their ticket in advance. It doesn’t have to be a lot but just enough to ensure they turn up!
If the customer really is unable to attend the racenight then a good idea is to ask them whether they would purchase ownership of the horse or race to show their commitment to your event. They will want you to make as much money as possible so they will probably be keen to do this!!

Many of our customers like to make their own programmes. We like to help our clients achieve this by supplying a free download which produces race cards. It is to make your own inside of the race card and comes in a handy Word format. You can make up your own horse names and owners with jockeys and so on. It’s completely up to you!
You can use your programme which you created as your entry ticket for the racenight too. We have left a convenient space on the front of the race card so you can add your entry fee.
