This really does depend where you are in the world. If you are in the UK the answer would probably be yes. If you have a look at the Department of Culture Media and Sports web site they can advise you.
Outside the UK, is a very different matter and we strongly suggestyou consult with your legal team about any issues you may have.
We always advise that you check with a local Lawyer to discuss any concerns regarding the legality of holding a racenight.
What is the Duration of Each Race?
The races are approximately 5 minutes long which includes a pre-amble on each horse?
When can we expect to receive our racenight films?
Once you have checked that our test film will work on our system we recommend you make sure this all functions correctly prior to any downloads. Once you have paid your fee you will be given a download link from where you can load the films straightaway.
Generally, what profit can we expect to make?
We are asked this question regularly. We have found that many clients/companies make in the region of £400. The average of the customer who completes our feedback form is £628. In order to maximise your profit, we suggest you plan well before hand. We recommend obtaining sponsors and owners for the horses and the races. Take a look at our website for further information.
How much cash do you suggest we need for the racenight?
For a racenight of about 100 punters, we suggest at the very least £350 in the float. Our easy tote calculator can be downloaded for free and is extremely useful. 10p’s are used as the calculator rounds the bet up to the nearest 10p. The easy tote calculator is free to use for our customers. It is in Excel and easy to use.
